Today you are the captain of your adventure!
In Santander you can rent an 8-metre Bayliner Rendezvous boat, with a 175 hp engine and capacity for 12 people, perfect for exploring the bay in complete freedom.
You can choose to sail on your own - with PER licence - or have a skipper take you to discover the most spectacular landscapes. The boat is available for half or full day, it will be an experience full of emotions!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in the Marina del Cantábrico Marina in Santander.
There, the skipper will welcome you for an initial briefing of about 10 minutes, explaining all the features of the boat and the safety rules. If you choose to go out with a skipper, the instructions will be given directly during the navigation.
You will board a spacious 8-metre Bayliner Rendezvous boat, equipped with a 175 hp outboard engine and designed to offer maximum comfort to groups of up to 12 people. On board you will find a solarium area, dining table, awning, bathing ladder and fun extras such as a paddle surf board and snorkelling goggles. There is also a fridge for storing food and drinks.
The route? It's up to you. You can sail through the landscapes of the Bay of Santander, take a dip in your favourite spot or stop to sunbathe on the Puntal beach, a stretch of golden sand that borders the inlet.
Whether you want to explore, relax or have a great time, this will be your day at sea, lived at your own pace and with total freedom to follow the waves... and the desire to discover.
When booking, you can choose between a half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) charter, with or without skipper.
Who it is aimed at
To drive the boat you need a PER licence, which must be presented in original on the day of the activity. Alternatively, you can hire the option with skipper.
There is no age limit to get on board. Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is also accessible for wheelchair users, except for very heavy electric wheelchairs. It is advisable to call in advance if you need assistance for boarding.

The boat can be rented from May to October and has a maximum capacity of 12 people.
You can choose between 4 or 8 hours of rental, with or without skipper. Please indicate your preference on the booking form.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport and parking areas are available nearby.
A deposit of 500 euros in cash is required on the day of the activity.
Dogs are allowed on board, but we recommend that you inform us in advance. You will receive the owner's contact details in the booking confirmation email.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
