During this exciting 3 and a half hour experience, you will enjoy a river descent perfect for families and adventurers from 6 years old. You will navigate through fun level II rapids in a protected natural environment of great cultural interest. This is a safe activity, guided by experts and ideal for those looking to combine sport and adrenaline without previous experience.
What we will do
We will meet at the agreed time at the meeting point in Villa del Río, Córdoba. There we will be welcomed and equipped with all the technical and safety equipment. Before launching into the river, we will participate in a complete briefing where we will learn the paddling techniques and safety rules to work as a team on the raft.
Once in the water, the real action will begin: the current of the Guadalquivir will guide us through a winding course. We will enjoy the adrenaline of the rapids while we test our coordination, always under the supervision of an expert monitor. During the descent, the riverside vegetation and the local fauna will accompany us on each stretch of this environment of great ecological value.
Halfway through the trip, we will feel the freshness of the water in a wild environment, taking advantage of the moments of calm to contemplate the landscape before tackling the next rapid. The 90-minute trip on the water is pure fun and guarantees constant laughter with the group.
Finally, we return to base to finish this refreshing experience with renewed energy and the satisfaction of having conquered the rapids of the Guadalquivir. The total duration of the day is approximately 3 and a half hours, including preparation and time in the water, which will allow us to enjoy a complete and safe adventure in the middle of nature.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for beginners.
The minimum age is 6 years old. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
It is essential to know how to swim and not to have an excessive fear of water.
For safety reasons, this experience is not recommended for pregnant women or people with back problems, serious heart conditions or recent surgeries.
The activity is not suitable for wheelchair users.
In cases of reduced mobility, it will be necessary to contact the organisers in advance to evaluate each case on a personalised basis.

The activity is available from March to November, with daily departures scheduled at 10: 00 and 16: 00.
The meeting point has a free car park and is also accessible by the village train station.
At the end of the activity, you can use the hot showers, enjoy the municipal swimming pool (entrance fee included) or share a meal in the restaurant or picnic area.
The raft can accommodate large groups, maintaining a ratio of 1 instructor for every 8 participants to ensure safety.
Accompanying persons who do not participate can wait at the meeting point.
It is necessary to inform the organisers in advance of any recent surgery or medication.
