Who said that rafting is just adrenaline between currents?
Discover the gentler side of the Noguera Pallaresa with an 18 km descent from Arboló to Collegats . You will navigate through a postcard setting where the calmness of the river will allow you to admire the landscape and will only be interrupted by a couple of rapids.
This is the time to leave the rush behind and let yourself be carried along by the current; you won't regret it.
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the booking time in Sort, at the meeting point where we will check-in and arrange the necessary documentation for the activity. Afterwards, we will receive directions to the activity centre, located very close by.
The rest of the team will meet us there to give us the equipment and explain how to put on the wetsuit and helmet correctly, etc. From the facilities we will travel with the guides in an adapted vehicle to the start of the descent, in Arboló, where the activity briefing will be completed: position on board, guide commands, how to paddle, how to act in case of a fall and rescue guidelines.
And then the descent begins! A perfect route to savour the scenery without rushing. The 18 most peaceful 18 km of the Noguera Pallaresa, and also the most beautiful. That's why it is the preferred option for families, beginners or adventurers who are looking to immerse themselves in the most authentic nature in peace and quiet.
We will sail through points of great visual value such as the Pas de l'Infern and the spectacular l'Argenteria, a geological treasure whose shapes inspired Gaudí himself. We will be able to jump into the water, enjoy relaxed stretches and the occasional rapid, because we also like to add a bit of excitement.
The fun is guaranteed until you reach the end of the stretch, at Collegats. From there, the guides' vehicle will take us back to the activity centre so that we can shower and change.
The whole experience lasts about 3 hours, including preparation, transport and descent.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is easy and suitable as a first rafting experience.
In spring it can be done from the age of 8 years old. From summer onwards, when the water level is lower, you can take part from the age of 6 if you are at least 1. 20 metres tall. Children must be accompanied by an adult. From the age of 12, they can participate on their own, provided they present an authorisation signed by their legal guardians.
It is necessary to know how to swim to participate.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with mobility problems.

Other information
The experience takes place from March to October and is confirmed when a minimum number of 4 participants is reached.
The facilities have changing rooms complete with showers. There are no lockers, but valuables can be safely left at reception.
Accompanying persons not taking part in the activity can wait in the facilities, which have a bar, swimming pool, children's playground and babysitting service available on request (at an additional cost) .
Free parking is available at the activity centre for participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
