Full description
If your idea of off-road driving is simply driving up onto the kerb with two wheels to park, it’s time to discover the real countryside.
Accompanied by a specialist guide, you’ll set off from Jábaga to explore the Sierra de Cabrejas on a quad bike tour lasting either 1 or 2 hours, whichever you prefer. You’ll ride along forest tracks and through traditional villages in Cuenca, navigating dirt bends whilst possibly spotting deer in the heart of the wilderness, and taking home a photo and video report as a souvenir.
Put on your helmet, accelerate without fear and discover what it feels like to master the wild terrain!
What we will do
We’ll meet at the agreed time at the meeting point in Jábaga, Cuenca. Our guide will be there to welcome us , get us ready for the trip and check our physical driving licences. We will then put on our helmets and protective gloves, and receive a clear explanation of the quad bike’s controls and the safety rules for riding in a convoy through the countryside.
With the engines running, we’ll set off on a circular route that runs entirely along forest tracks and dirt tracks in the Sierra de Cabrejas. As this is an experience focused on enjoying the quad bike and the natural surroundings, we’ll maintain a lively and fun pace as we make our way through the mountain forests.
If you choose the 1-hour route option (approximately 23 km) when booking, we’ll head along trails passing close to hamlets such as Cólliga and Colliguilla. If you opt for the 2-hour route (around 40 km) , we’ll extend the journey to include the rural landscapes of Jábaga and Navalón. On both routes, we’ll ride whilst keeping an eye on the woodland, where, with a bit of luck, we might spot roe deer or red deer amongst the vegetation, whilst the guide captures the best moments of the day in photos and videos.
After completing the route and getting our adrenaline pumping on the winding dirt tracks, we’ll return to base to take off our protective gear and discuss the experience . The activity will last a total of one and a half hours or two and a half hours (including preparation time) .
