Forget the usual tourist routes and discover the medieval secrets of Tierra de Campos as you put your foot down.
Enjoy an exciting guided tour on an automatic quad bike, setting off from Husillos. You’ll leave the tarmac behind to explore farm tracks, small hills and natural lakes, stopping off at historic fortresses such as the imposing Monzón de Campos Castle. A getaway lasting up to 2 hours, perfect for those seeking adrenaline, history and a chance to unwind in an unrivalled rural setting.
What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Husillos, Palencia. There, we’ll be welcomed by our guide, who will accompany us throughout the activity, and we’ll receive a theoretical and practical briefing on how to operate the automatic quad bike and on road safety measures.
Once kitted out with helmets, gloves and technical clothing, we’ll start the engines and set off into the vast expanse of Tierra de Campos. We’ll ride for an hour and a half along a route through a landscape dominated by farmland and small hills, enjoying the contrast of the Castilian countryside. We’ll make strategic stops at elevated viewpoints to take in the surroundings and pause to admire the impressive silhouettes of Monzón de Campos Castle and Fuentes de Valdepero Castle, as well as skirting the Ribas de Campos lagoon.
Finally, we’ll return to the starting point to say our goodbyes, bringing the total experience – including preparations and the journey – to two hours. The whole experience will be captured in a fun way thanks to the 360° action camera, available on the quad bike free of charge upon prior request.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for all levels. No previous experience of driving off-road vehicles is required.
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Category B driving licence. ( Photographs, provisional licences and photocopies are not accepted) .
The activity is not recommended for pregnant women, people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
Pets are not permitted.
Other information
The tour is available from April to October.
The organiser provides single-seater quad bikes. The tour is run as a shared experience, with participants riding in a small group in a convoy of at least 2 and no more than 4 people.
There is free parking near the meeting point . As it is located in a rural area, travelling by public transport is not recommended.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
