Three, two, one… and suddenly the ground vanishes from beneath your feet, turning into a thrilling leap over the River Tambre!
At the Ponte de Ceilán, a pure adrenaline rush awaits you in an experience lasting approximately one hour. You’ll be kitted out with a full-body harness to perform a pendulum jump from a height of almost 30 metres above the estuary. A thrilling adventure, perfect for those aged 14 and over, and supervised at all times by expert instructors.
What we will do
We’ll meet at the agreed time at the meeting point on the Ponte de Ceilán, at the motorway exit between Noia and Outes in A Coruña. There we’ll meet our instructors, who’ll give us a warm welcome and explain exactly how the activity works during a brief technical and safety briefing.
After the initial explanation, we’ll put on our full-body harnesses, with all the double-rope systems checked and tested. When it’s our turn, we’ll position ourselves on the pedestrian walkway of the bridge, step over the railing and, on the count of three, launch ourselves into the void in a spectacular pendulum jump from almost 30 metres above the River Tambre. We’ll feel an unrivalled rush of acceleration as we swing through the air above the estuary landscape.
Once the swing has come to an end and we’ve been brought back up by the guides, we’ll wrap up this thrilling experience which, including the preparations, fitting of the equipment and waiting time for our turn, will take approximately 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone, from beginners to more experienced participants. No prior training or experience is required.
The minimum age is 14 (minors must present a signed authorisation from their legal guardian, and at least one parent must be present during the activity) .
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, or for people with a fear of heights, cardiovascular conditions or back injuries. If you have any doubts about whether the activity is suitable for you, please consult your doctor.
The activity is not suitable for wheelchair users. Participants with reduced mobility must contact us in advance so that we can assess whether the jump is feasible.

The experience is available every day of the year.
There is free parking at the meeting point and it is easily accessible by public transport.
A minimum group of 2 people is required for the activity to go ahead.
The bridge is pedestrian-only, allowing the activity to take place without any disruption from traffic.
Accompanying guests are welcome and may watch the activity and take photographs of the jumps from the pedestrian areas of the bridge.
Pets are not permitted.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
