If there’s one water sport you’re bound to excel at, it’s wing foil.
Enjoy this 2-hour private wing foil lesson on Castelldefels beach – a one-to-one session fully tailored to your level. You’ll learn to master the wing, read the wind and perform your first turns and safety manoeuvres to gain real independence whilst improving your physical stamina.
Defy gravity and feel the fluidity of gliding and flying at the same time. You’ll be hooked!
What we will do
The instructor will meet you at the meeting point on Castelldefels beach about 15 minutes before your booked time. After introductions and collecting your kit, you’ll start with a general introduction before getting down to business.
You’ll start with a theoretical introduction to the activity, which is essential for moving on to the practical part with complete confidence. Then it will be time to dive straight into this exciting sport: learning how to set up the kit and understanding how to analyse the winds to handle the kite correctly. The exercises on the sand will be key to building your confidence.
Step by step, we’ll learn the safety manoeuvres to ensure you’re fully independent both on and in the water; although in the first session, we usually focus on consolidating your technique on land without going into the water. In any case, the session will be tailored to your individual learning pace.
The lesson will last 2 hours. If you’ve booked further lessons, you can arrange the next one with the instructor, or even book additional sessions.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary.
Generally speaking, you can take part from the age of 8. A minimum weight of 35 kg is required.
Minors must have the authorisation of a legal guardian.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.

The class is available all year round.
If you book more than one session, you can arrange the dates for the following sessions with the instructor.
The school’s facilities include changing rooms with lockers, showers and toilets. If your class is in the summer, you’ll need to go straight to the beach; there are lockers and a changing area there, and you can also use the public showers and toilets on the promenade.
Accompanying guests who are not taking part in the class are welcome to stay on the beach, but please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach.
If you’d like photos as a memento of the experience, you can book an additional photography service ( at a variable cost) .Please contact the instructor for more details; you’ll receive their contact details in your booking confirmation email.
There is free parking at the meeting point. It is also possible to reach the area by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
