Experience a private immersion of up to 1 hour in the heart of a family winery in Olmedo, where the unique character of white wine is the protagonist. Tour the facilities and the barrel room, and enjoy a dynamic tasting of 3 wines accompanied by a varied aperitif .
What we will do
You will be welcomed 5 minutes in advance at the meeting point at the Eresma la Soterraña winery in Olmedo, Valladolid . This project was born in 2006 with the dream of giving life to white wines with their own unique personality in the heart of Castilla y León. There you will meet your guides, who will welcome you and introduce you to the history of this family winery before starting the exclusive tour.
You will begin your visit by touring the inside of the winery, a space where tradition and innovation meet to take care of every stage of the process. You will see the barrel room and they will tell you in detail how they make their D. O. Rueda wines, learning about the journey of the grapes from the vine to become a unique white wine. As this is a private activity, the pace is up to you: you will immerse yourself in the anecdotes and the soul behind each label, spending as much time as you wish to discover the secrets that these walls hold.
Finally, you will enjoy an interactive and fun tasting of 3 different wines. You will taste each glass accompanied by a small paired aperitif that may include cheeses, chips or chocolate truffles, selected to bring out the nuances of each grape. In total, you will share approximately 1 hour of laughter and wine learning before having the opportunity to visit the shop or stay and chat with the hosts.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for all audiences and levels of knowledge.
Children from 0 years of age attend free of charge (without tasting) , although it is necessary to inform the organisers of their attendance. Minors must be accompanied and the group must have at least 2 adults to carry out the activity.
It is an accessible experience for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility, as it takes place at street level with no steps.
Pregnant women can participate in the visit and the aperitif.
Other information
The experience is available from Monday to Saturday mornings, except during the month of September and public holidays.
The activity is carried out privately for groups of between 2 and 40 people.
Free parking is available at the winery . It is not possible to reach the meeting point by public transport.
If you bring pets, they can be kept on a leash on the outside porch during the visit.
The tasting is accompanied by a varied aperitif. If you have any food intolerance, please let the organisers know in advance so that they can adapt the snack. You will find the contact details in the confirmation email.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
