What we will do
The appointment will be 45 minutes before the booking time at the meeting point in La Manga del Mar Menor. There, you will be met by the team who will take care of the documentation and help you to get on board.
While we cast off, the skipper will give you a brief talk about safety rules and behaviour on board so that you can enjoy the crossing with complete peace of mind. On board the Kalima, a very comfortable 16-metre sailing boat, you will live a completely personalised experience. With the help of the skipper, you will be able to adapt the itinerary to the weather conditions so that everything is perfect.
Thanks to a strategic location between two seas, you will be able to choose between sailing in the calm waters of the Mar Menor or exploring the immensity of the Mediterranean. During the tour, you will be able to ask questions about sailing and the landscapes that surround this unique environment.
You will enjoy exclusive time to relax on the bow or take the last dip of the day. As soon as the sun begins to approach the horizon, it will be the ideal moment to bring out your drinks and snacks and toast under the golden light of the Murcian sunset.
We will return to port after sailing for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The total duration of the activity will be about 2 hours.

The sailboat is not adapted for wheelchair or mobility-impaired access.

Other information
The excursion is available all year round and the departure time is always 1 hour before sunset.
You will sail aboard the sailing boat Kalima, a luxurious sailing boat of 16 metres in length with capacity for 12 people + skipper. It has, among other amenities, extra space and shower at the stern to enjoy the bathroom, telescopic ladder , solarium with cushions in the bow bathtubs, awning, stereo, 3 cabins with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge.
The experience is dog-friendly, as long as your pet is used to it and is calm.
You will be able to bring your own food and drink on board and use the fridges on board.
There is a barrier to access the harbour, but it is freely accessible and there is free parking inside. The area cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
