Step out of your comfort zone and discover a truly active way to connect with the sea.
Test your balance with this one-hour private stand-up paddleboarding lesson on Castelldefels beach. A fully personalised experience tailored to all ability levels. You’ll set your own goals and progress at your own pace whilst enjoying the sport at sea.
What we will do
The instructor will meet you at the meeting point on Castelldefels beach about 15 minutes before the lesson begins. After introductions and once you’ve been given all the necessary equipment, you’ll have a brief theoretical introduction on the sand to understand the basics before getting started.
As this is a private one-to-one session, the pace and objectives will be tailored entirely to your individual needs. As your first introduction to the sport, you’ll focus on mastering the correct position on the board, finding the right balance and learning efficient paddling technique in a completely safe environment.
The instructor will guide you through every stroke to perfect your movements and ensure you have as much fun as possible whilst improving your physical fitness. Once you’ve finished the exercises and returned to the shore, you’ll pack up the equipment to round off the experience feeling completely revitalised.
The class will last 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary.
Generally speaking, you can take part from the age of 8. A minimum weight of 35 kg is required.
Minors must have the authorisation of a legal guardian.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.

Other information
Classes are available all year round.
The school’s facilities include changing rooms with lockers, showers and toilets. If your class is in the summer, you’ll need to go straight to the beach; there are lockers and a changing area there, and you can also use the public showers and toilets on the promenade.
Accompanying guests who are not taking part in the class are welcome to stay on the beach, but please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach.

There is free parking at the meeting point. It is also possible to reach the area by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
