Break the routine and dare to experience a sensation that is almost impossible to describe in words: literally flying over the water.
Enjoy a 1. 5 hour private wingfoil lesson in Platja d'Aro adapted 100% to your own pace. With an exclusive instructor and support boat, you will learn to master the wind and to rise on the foil progressively, discovering a discipline that gets you hooked from the first second.
What we will do
You will meet 15 minutes before the agreed time at the meeting point in Platja d'Aro, Girona. There, the instructor will welcome you and equip you with all the necessary equipment, including the obligatory life jacket and wetsuit if the water conditions require it. As this is a lesson adapted to all levels, the first few minutes will be dedicated to assessing your previous experience and reviewing the wind: if you are starting from scratch, you will familiarise yourself with the wing in the sand, but if you already have experience, you will focus directly on reviewing your technical objectives before entering the water.
Once you have defined your session strategy, you will go straight into the water to make the most of your time. If this is your first contact with this sport, you will progress step by step , working first on propulsion with thewing on a large, stable and easy to control board. As soon as you assimilate the basic movements and gain balance, you will move on to the foil board, looking for the first take-offs and that incredible sensation of flight and speed over the sea . As this is a 100% private activity, the content will be shaped entirely at your own pace.
The best thing about this particular format is that the instructor will accompany you at all times from a support boat. From there he will give you indications and advice in real time, correcting your posture as you go and adapting the exercises to your evolution so that you progress with total confidence, lightness and absolute safety in the open sea.
After enjoying the adrenaline and freedom of soaring above the waves on the spectacular Costa Brava, you will return to the beach to finish this intense 1 hour and a half lesson of personalised learning.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for beginners starting from scratch as well as for those looking to perfect their technique.
The minimum age to participate is 10 years old and it is necessary to know how to swim to participate.
Due to the physical demands of sailing, this experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with reduced mobility.
Due to local beach regulations, pets are not allowed.
Other information
The experience is available from March to November. From March to August classes are held from Monday to Sunday, and from September onwards they are held on weekends only.
Lessons are private, with a maximum number of 2 participants per instructor to ensure optimal learning.
The meeting point has lockers for your belongings and public showers on the beach. There are no private changing rooms.
In high season (June to September) the nearest car park is payable; the rest of the year it is free of charge. You can also reach the beach easily by public transport and walk a few minutes from the bus stop.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
