Forget the distractions of large groups, it's time to conquer the waves with a custom designed lesson at Maspalomas Lighthouse Beach.
Dare to break the routine with a 2 hour private surf lesson with an expert instructor who only has eyes for your technique. Feel the power of the ocean under your feet, discover your inner surfer and get ready for an unforgettable day under the eternal sun of Gran Canaria.
It doesn't matter if it's your first time or if you already have experience; the session is adapted to your level so that you can progress to the maximum.
What we will do
You will be met punctually at the agreed time at the meeting point at the Paseo del Faro de Maspalomas. There you will meet the team of instructors, introduce yourself and receive all the necessary equipment: the wetsuit and the perfect board for your size. With everything ready, you will walk towards the sand of the Playa del Faro, feeling the warmth of the Canarian sun and the sea breeze that warns you that the adventure is about to begin.
Once on the shore, you will dedicate the first 15 minutes to a theoretical and practical lesson on the sand. You will learn how to read the sea conditions, the basic safety rules and, most importantly, you will practice the movements for the pop-up. You will repeat the gesture of standing up again and again until your muscles memorise it, warming up for the moment of truth.
And straight into the water! Take advantage of the low tide, where you always hit the bottom, to practise with complete confidence. Between strokes, you'll look for the right moment and, almost without thinking, you' ll find yourself standing on a wave. The victory may only last a few seconds before you end up in the water with a splash, but the laughs are guaranteed. The instructor will be by your side at all times, correcting your posture in a personalised way and always cheering you on.
After 2 hours of pure adrenaline and fun, you will come out of the sea to recover your strength with some fresh fruit and water while you discuss the best moves of the day. At the end, it will be an unforgettable day that will leave you with the saltpetre on your skin and the satisfaction of having overcome the challenge. The activity has a total duration of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 8.
Minors can participate accompanied by an adult or by presenting a signed authorisation.
No previous experience or swimming experience is required, but it is necessary to be comfortable in the water.
The experience is suitable for pregnant women, provided they have their doctor's approval.
The activity is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or heart conditions.

The activity can be done every day of the year.
The timetable is subject to change depending on the tide and will be confirmed the day before.
The organisers have a changing room and a place to leave objects, but there are no showers.
Parking is available nearby, both free and for a fee.
It is easy to reach by public transport; there is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the meeting point.
Accompanying persons can stay on the sand and enjoy the beach.
Pets are not allowed during the experience.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
