Change the noise of the city for the sound of nature is closer than you think.
Set off with your group by bike from Tres Cantos for a 20 km guided route along the dirt tracks of the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Regional Park. You'll cycle through holm oaks, fields and streams, with stops at natural viewpoints, incredible views of the banks of the Manzanares, possible wildlife sightings and advice from the guide to improve your cycling technique .
If you are looking for a simple getaway close to Madrid to enjoy nature on two wheels, this route is for you. Get ready to disconnect pedal by pedal.
What we will do
You will meet 10 minutes before the start of the activity at the meeting point in Tres Cantos, very close to Madrid. The instructor and guide will be waiting for us there, who will assign us the appropriate bikes and help us to adjust saddles and helmets.
Before we start pedalling, we will have a brief briefing about the route and we will receive some first technical notions to improve our posture and pedalling. The route will start with a first stretch on asphalt, it will only take a few minutes, until we get into the dirt tracks of the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares Regional Park.
We will soon find ourselves immersed in nature. We will travel approximately 20 km along paths surrounded by holm oaks, fields and streams in an environment of great natural interest. In addition, during this adventure we will have the chance to see some animals in their habitat, such as rabbits, kites or wild boars.
Along the route we will stop at some panoramic points to contemplate the landscape of the park and the environment of the banks of the Manzanares River, while we take the opportunity to correct small technical errors and resolve doubts about the bike. It will be an experience of nature and learning.
The experience will last approximately 1 hour and a half, depending on the level of the group.
Who it is aimed at
The route is suitable for all ages and can be done from 8 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
It is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.

The route is available all year round and departure is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
There are 3 electric bikes and 8 conventional bikes available.
Important: you will have to inform the guide in advance of your weight and height so that he/she can assign you the appropriate bike. You will receive their contact details in the booking confirmation email.
If you prefer to bring your own bike, please choose the option "guided tour only" when booking.
There are some free parking spaces near the meeting point. It is also right next to the local train station.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
