Learn to play with the wind to your advantage with a private kitesurfing lesson in the heart of the Costa Brava.
For 2 hours, you'll learn the basic principles of wind and the flying window, practice setting up and taking down the equipment and learn how to handle the kite safely on the sand. The private lesson will be adapted to your level and, if you already have some experience, you might even get to try it out on the water.
The combination of constant wind, the unspoilt landscape of the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and the feeling of absolute freedom make this experience unique. Ready to let go of the kite and let yourself go?
What we will do
Your instructor will meet you in the centre of Sant Pere Pescador. From there, you can head together to the beach, located in the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, a protected area.
Once on the beach, the instructor will provide you with all the necessary equipment: kite, bar, board, harness, waistcoat, helmet and wetsuit. You will start with a theoretical introduction about the wind and the flying window. You will then learn how to assemble and disassemble the equipment, along with the essential safety systems.
The lesson will take place on the sand, practising flying the kite independently. If you already have experience and the conditions allow it, in the second part of the session you will be able to enter the water to apply what you have learnt. In any case, it will be an experience of intense learning and fun in a unique natural environment , perfect for kitesurfing .
The lesson will last 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for both beginners and advanced kitesurfers. As it is a private lesson it is also ideal for children who are just starting out in this sport.
It is essential to know how to swim and to have a minimum weight of 25 kg.
It is not recommended for people with knee or back injuries.
It is not accessible for people with mobility problems.

Classes are available from 1 March to 31 November.
There is free parking at the meeting point in Sant Pere Pescador. From there, the instructors will take you to the beach.
You'll be in the unspoilt surroundings of the Parc Natural dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, so there are no facilities such as showers or changing rooms.
Accompanying persons can stay near the area set up on the beach.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
