Dear Father Christmas, this year I would like to receive a pony. ..
We know, that present never arrived. But now you can make the little ones in the family fulfil a childhood dream. On this 30-minute pony ride in the Montseny area, they will be able to get on the back of a calm animal adapted to their size. You will hold the reins while they enjoy the experience.
A first equestrian adventure in contact with nature that you will always remember. Give me a big smile to wear.
What we will do
The meeting point will be in Cànoves i Samalús, in the province of Barcelona, 30 minutes before the start of the experience. The team will meet us there and, after signing the authorisations, the monitor will explain everything we need to make the most of the experience.
We will guide the pony, which will be ready for the experience. Before starting, we will receive some simple instructions on how to handle the animal and the kids won't have to worry about anything: just enjoy their first equestrian ride, on the back of an animal adapted to their size, calm and affectionate.
For 30 minutes, the children will live their little dream while riding through the grounds of the equestrian centre, a safe environment located in the heart of the Montseny countryside. A beautiful experience to share with the family, connect with nature and see them happy.
The experience will last 30 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable as a first pony experience.
*Important: the activity is for children between 1 and 6 years old. The maximum weight per participant (clothes included) must be around 23 kg and it is essential that they are able to keep themselves seated on top of the animal.
The experience is not accessible for children with mobility problems.
Children must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.
Other information
The experience is available all year round and can be done even with just one participant.
The timetable of the activity may change. The organiser will contact you to confirm the final schedule.
The monitor will give the initial indications, but will not guide the pony during the ride.
Accompanying persons not participating in the ride will be allowed to wait in the equestrian facilities. It will not be possible to enter with dogs.
Free parking is available on the premises for participants. The area cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
