Climb aboard a traditional boat in La Manga del Mar Menor, Murcia, and embark on a fascinating journey through this unique corner of the sea. Closely skirt its 5 wild islands -Isla del Barón, Perdiguera, del Ciervo, del Sujeto and Rondella- and contemplate the spectacular panoramic views of the Cala del Pino. During this interesting journey of 1 hour and 30 minutes, you will be captivated by the landscapes of this unique protected natural environment and you will discover local stories as enigmatic as the Legend of the Russian Princess.

What we will do
We will start the adventure 15 minutes before sailing time at the waiting dock of Puerto Dos Mares, where the organisers will welcome us for embarkation. Once all aboard the "Solaz", a very comfortable and spacious swallow boat, we will cast off to begin a classic and essential crossing of the unique waters of our beloved Mar Menor.
We will sail along the coast of each of the 5 jewels of this sea: Baron's Island, Perdiguera, Deer, Subject and Rondella. While enjoying the breathtaking panoramic views of the entire coastline, we will cross iconic spots such as Puerto Dos Mares itself and the beautiful Cala del Pino. During the tour, we will listen to explanatory recordings that will introduce us to the high ecological value of this valuable protected natural environment.
The touch of mystery and culture will come when we approach the mythical Baron's Island, where we will learn first-hand about the fascinating Legend of the Russian Princess . It will be an idyllic journey that perfectly combines nature, absolute relaxation and the most authentic stories of La Manga, sheltered under the gazebo if we prefer.
After sharing this journey full of memorable landscapes, we will return to the departure pier having completed 1 hour and 30 minutes of total experience, the most complete and beautiful way to connect with the soul of the Mar Menor.

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Due to the characteristics of the boat, the activity is not accessible for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.

The experience is available all year round, except during the winter months (November to February) .
The meeting point is easily accessible by public transport, although if you come by car, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to find parking nearby (at least 30 minutes early on summer evenings) .
A minimum of 2 adults is required to confirm departure. The boat can accommodate up to 45 people.
When booking, all guests (including infants 0-2 years old)must be registered as they legally occupy a place on board for maritime safety reasons.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs. In this case, it will be necessary to contact the organisers in advance to inform them of their presence.
