Full description
Take a break from everyday life and treat yourself to a bird’s-eye view.
Take off in a tandem paraglider and soar over the landscapes of the Sierra Nevada. A scenic flight lasting between 15 and 25 minutes with a professional pilot, making the most of the thermal currents to admire Mount Veleta, the valley and the city of Granada from a privileged vantage point.
What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in Cenes de la Vega, which is also the landing area. From there, we will travel in the pilot’s vehicle up the mountain until we reach the take-off area with all our equipment.
We’ll watch as the equipment is prepared and receive instructions on safety guidelines during the flight, as well as take-off and landing manoeuvres. The pilot will also give us a preview of the landmarks we’ll see from the air.
After putting on our harnesses and helmets, we’ll help the pilot with a short run-up and… our feet will start to lift off the ground! We’ll soar through the sky on a flight lasting between 15 and 25 minutes, depending on the air currents. It will be a breathtaking scenic flight with panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada, Veleta Peak, the valley and the city of Granada.
The landing will be gentle, until we touch down back at the starting point. The experience will last approximately 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
This flight is perfect as a first paragliding experience .
You can fly from the age of 12. Minors will need permission from a legal guardian.
You must weigh between 40 and 100 kg.
This experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with mobility issues.

There is free parking at the meeting point. It is difficult to reach the area by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
