Did you know that olive oil has more secrets than a good wine? Get ready to discover them all.
A one-and-a-half hour immersion in the culture of olive oil awaits you in a space where Philippe Starck's architecture and ecological tradition go hand in hand. You will travel from the olive grove to the industrial area, with a final oil tasting and EVOO tasting with artisan bread.
What we will do
The appointment will be 5 minutes before booking time at the meeting point in Ronda, Malaga, in a space that combines avant-garde design and nature. The meeting point is easily recognizable by the unique architecture of Philippe Starck, and there we will be welcomed by the guides to start the experience.
We will start with a walk through the olive grove to learn about the organic cultivation and harvesting of olives. Afterwards, we will be welcomed inside the building to visit the museum area and see the industrial machinery up close. We will see in detail the phases of the extraction process and comment on the exterior design of the mill, while enjoying the explanations on how traditional know-how is combined with artisanal production. We will find ourselves surrounded by unique elements that tell the story of olive oil and the soul of this ecological project.
Finally, we will be immersed in a guided tasting of 2 limited edition oils - one mild and the other intense - served in tasting glasses to learn to distinguish their aromas and nuances. Finally, we will enjoy a more extensive tasting that includes 4 varieties of EVOO and a vinegar, all accompanied by local artisan bread.
In total, we will share approximately 1 hour and a half of pure olive oil culture in a unique setting.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for all ages and requires no prior knowledge.
The experience is 90% accessible for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility (except for a 10-minute section) .
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The experience is available all year round from Wednesday to Sunday, with two passes per day at 10. 30am and 12. 30pm.
The activity is confirmed with 1 person.
Free parking is available for guests. It is not possible to reach the meeting point by public transport.
Children under 8 years of age do not pay admission, although it is necessary to make a reservation to ensure their place.
Only children over 4 years of age participate in the tasting and sampling.
Pets are allowed to participate, as long as they are on a leash and do not disturb the rest of the group during the experience.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
