The snowy forests of Andorra hold all the magic of winter.
What better way to discover them than on a dog sled! Experience mushing amidst the high mountain scenery in Grau Roig. All you have to do is choose between relaxing as a passenger or daring to drive the sled under the supervision of the musher.
A perfect winter adventure to feel the winter in its purest form.
What we will do
The meeting point will be in Grau Roig, where we will have to arrive well in advance. We will follow the signs to an information point and, from there, we will move to the starting area.
We will then meet the pack and the musher who will accompany us on this adventure and who will explain how the dogs work and how the sledges are organised. We will receive a brief explanation about the activity, the route and how to behave on the sled.
If we have booked the walk mode, we will take a seat on the sled and the musher will take the lead. If, on the other hand, we have chosen the driving option, we will receive specific instructions on the handling of the sled, the brakes and the basic commands before we start (in any case, everything will take place under the supervision of the guide) .
3, 2, 1. .. We will start the tour through the snowy forest. We will glide through high mountain landscapes, feeling the crunch of the snow, the wind on our cheeks and the pure Andorran air. At the end of the journey (2, 3 or 5 km) , we will return to the starting point and we will have time to get close to the dogs, pet them and take the last photos with them before saying goodbye to the experience.
The sledging time and the total duration of the experience may vary depending on the chosen mode and the snow conditions.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary. The activity is suitable for all ages and is open to participants aged 12 and over.
For the sledging option, the minimum age is 14.
If you have any doubts about the suitability of the experience, we advise you to consult your doctor.
Other information
The experience is available from December until Easter.
It is possible to take out separate insurance at an extra cost of 6. 50 euros/day. It covers the activities that take place within the ski area.
This activity does not require a ski pass.
In the Grau Roig sector there is a free open-air car park .

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
