The way Nordic dogs work as a team to pull a sled is almost magical.
Experience a 30-minutemushing route through white landscapes in El Tarter, choosing whether to relax as a passenger or dare to drive the sled under the musher's guidance.
An unforgettable winter experience in Andorra.
What we will do
The meeting point will be in El Tarter, where we will have to arrive well in advance. We will follow the signs to an information point and from there we will move to the starting area.
We will then meet the herd and the musher who will accompany us. Depending on the chosen mode, we will either sit in the sledge as passengers or we will receive specific instructions on how to get behind the controls: how to position ourselves, how to brake, how to take the bends and what to do during the journey. We will be supervised by the guide at all times.
We will glide for about 30 minutes through snowy landscapes, listening to the crunching of the snow and the trotting of the dogs. During the route, we will be able to enjoy the surroundings and observe at close quarters how the pack works as a team. At the end of the walk, we will return to the starting point.
During the experience we will have time to meet the dogs, get close to them and take photos to remember this adventure forever.
The experience will last approximately 1 hour in total, including the welcome, the previous explanation and the sled ride.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary. The activity is suitable for all ages and children from 3 years old can participate.
All children under 8 years of age must be accompanied on the sled by an adult (only one child per adult is allowed) .
The maximum number of people per sled is 3, as long as the maximum weight of 180 kg is not exceeded.
For the sledging option, the minimum age is 14 years old.

The experience is available from December until Easter.
Important: arrive well in advance. Once there, you must go to an information point to find out where the activity will start.
It is possible to take out separate insurance at an extra cost of 6. 50 euros/day. It covers activities that take place within the ski area.
Important: this activity requires a ski pass (valid for both skiers and pedestrians) . If you don't have one, choose the option "mushing + pedestrian ski pass" when booking.
In the Grau Roig sector there is a free open-air car park .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
