Looking for an adventure that is really suitable for all members of the family, no exceptions?
This kayaking route in Villajoyosa is designed for you to enjoy with your furry friend. You can paddle in the company of your dog (or dogs) discovering quiet spots between coves and cliffs of the Costa Blanca. How long can you resist without jumping into the water? What is clear is that you will have a great time.
Two hours to paddle, play, splash and share an unforgettable experience. Who said that adventures were not a four-legged thing?
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the booking time at the meeting point in Villajoyosa, where the guide will be waiting for us. We will receive the necessary equipment and attend a 10 minute briefing about the activity, the basic paddling technique and how to help the dogs become familiar with the kayak.
We will leave from Xarco beach, one of the few beaches in the area where dogs are welcome. We will start paddling along the coast, heading north or south, depending on the sea conditions. We can paddle towards the quiet Carritxal beach, enjoying the cliffs that border it, or we can head for La Caleta and Asparalló beaches, two ideal spots for a light and refreshing stroll.
If possible, we will stop at a cove to rest or enjoy the surroundings. Everything is designed to make the experience fun, safe and also suitable for our furry companions while the guide explains the area. It will be a super fun experience for all members of the family without exception.
The activity will last approximately 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for all ages from 8 years old.
The maximum weight per kayak is 225 kg.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Up to the age of 9 years old, they will go in a double kayak between 2 adults (in this case only a small/medium sized dog can be taken) , from the age of 10 years old they can go with an adult and occupy one of the 2 places.
This is not an accessible experience for people with motor disabilities.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed when a minimum group of 4 participants is reached.
The kayaks are double kayaks with backrests. There are 10 kayaks and each kayak is suitable for 2 people and 1 large dog or 2 medium/small dogs.
Please note that there are no changing rooms or lockers available. You will receive a watertight container to store your personal belongings.
Non-participating companions can wait near the starting area.
During the experience, the instructor will take photos which will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp.
There is free parking in the area, but it is not possible to get there by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
