Via ferrata or canyoning? No need to choose: you can try both experiences.
In Ibi, Alicante, this double activity awaits you, which takes you up a via ferrata equipped with clamps, steps and suspension bridges, and then down the Raboses ravine, with 8 chained abseils. A perfect combination for beginners in the heart of the Font Roja Natural Park.

What we will do
The meeting point is in Ibi, Alicante. We will have to arrive 10 minutes before the booking time to meet the guide, receive the technical equipment and take part in an initial safety talk.
Afterwards, a 10-minute walk will take us to the start of the via ferrata, which will lead us to the top and then down the canyon.
The adventure will begin with a vertical section equipped with clamps, rungs and life wire. Throughout the ascent we will gain height and confidence with the help of the guide. We will cross up to 4 suspension bridges that will give us excitement and spectacular views. At the end of the route, we will take a break to prepare for the next challenge.
From the top, we will start the descent through the Raboses ravine. After some indications from the guide, we will change the pace to begin the abseiling technique in complete safety. We will overcome 8 descents with ropes chained together, with heights of up to 10 metres. The canyon is simple, but dynamic and very fun, ideal for starting out in canyoning and enjoying it.
Finally, a 10-minute return walk will allow us to continue enjoying the Font Roja Natural Park. The total duration of the experience is approximately 3 hours and a half.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and it can be done from the age of 6 years old.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
A maximum weight of 120 kg is required.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with motor disabilities.

The experience is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The canyon is very close to the centre of Ibi, so non-participating companions can wait in the area together with possible pets (on a leash) .
There is free parking at the meeting point, but it is not possible to reach the area by public transport. The organiser offers an extra transfer service.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
