If rafting isn’t quite enough for you because you’d rather be in the driver’s seat, paddling and steering your own course, welcome to your new challenge on the white water of the River Ésera.
Hop into an inflatable kayak in Campo, Huesca, and get ready for 2. 5 hours of pure excitement as you navigate 8 km of rapids suitable for all levels. Unlike traditional rafting, here you’re the one really in the driving seat. Navigate the current at your own pace with live assistance from a guide who’ll be making the journey alongside you in their own boat.
What we will do
We’ll meet at the meeting point in the town of Campo, Huesca, at the time specified when booking. There, we’ll be welcomed and kitted out with all the necessary safety equipment.
We’ll receive a technical briefing from our guide, who will teach us how to handle the inflatable kayak, paddling techniques and key safety guidelines for reading the currents. We’ll then board the organisers’ transport to travel directly to the launch site on the banks of the River Ésera.
We’ll get into the water to begin the 8-kilometre descent. Along the way , we’ll navigate through waves, foam and fun rapids, where we’ll be the real pilots of the journey. We’ll be accompanied and supervised at all times by the guide, who’ll paddle alongside us in their own kayak to show us the safest route and lend a hand if we capsize or need assistance.
We’ll finish the trip at the disembarkation point, with the whole experience lasting a total of 2. 5 hours. We’ll board the shuttle bus again to return to the centre, have a shower, get changed and say goodbye to the team.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for everyone. No previous experience is required.
For safety reasons, you must be able to swim.
The minimum age for participation is 14. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
People in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility are welcome, but you will need to contact the organisers in advance to arrange the necessary assistance.
Due to the physical demands and the jolting caused by the currents, this activity is not suitable for pregnant women.
Pets are not permitted.

The experience is available from April to October.
The activity is subject to a minimum number of participants being reached.
Public car parks are available at the meeting point. We do not recommend trying to reach the meeting point by public transport due to limited services.
Optionally, you can book a photography service for the activity directly at the base for an additional charge.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
