You are just one step away from feeling like you can walk on water.
Dare with this private surf lesson in Lanzarote, designed exclusively for you or your group. In the wild surroundings of Caleta de Famara you will learn to keep your balance and master the waves on the board, always with an instructor dedicated to your learning. A 2 hour session where the Atlantic will become your best ally.

What we will do
The surf instructor will meet you 10 minutes before the start of the experience at the meeting point in Caleta de Famara, Teguise. After you have received your equipment and are already equipped for fun, you will be able to go to the beach together.
You will start with a warm-up session and some basic theoretical instructions according to your level or that of your group. You will then move on to the first practical exercises that will allow you to internalise the basic movements.
If you book the class on your own, you will do all the exercises in 1: 1 mode with the instructor.
Once in the water, you will learn to paddle, stand up and ride your first wave, always under the watchful eye of the instructor, who will accompany you in the water. The thrill is on: following all the instructions, you will be able to surf your first waves. If you prove to be a good student, you can begin to master basic control and speed regulation.
The total duration of the experience is about 2 hours and a half.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and it is possible to participate from the age of 7 years old.
It is compulsory to know how to swim.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
It is not accessible for people with motor disabilities. It is necessary to inform the instructor in advance of other disabilities. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Before starting, a medical form must be signed and you are advised to inform the instructor of any medical conditions.

Other information
Lessons take place all year round.
The timetable may vary depending on sea and wind conditions. The instructor will advise you of any changes.
It is advisable to do a course of at least 3 consecutive days (with 5 days you will receive a surfing certificate) . You will be able to book the following lessons with the instructor.
There are no changing rooms or lockers on site; you can take your belongings to the beach to keep them safe.
Accompanying persons not participating in the lesson can stay on the beach. If you have pets, they can walk around the village on a leash.
At the meeting point in Caleta de Famara there is free public parking. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport, but you can arrange with the surf school to pick you up at the hotel (you will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
