Forget the rafts and protocols; here the raft is you. Get ready to surf the Genil in a hydrospeed adventure that will get your adrenaline pumping.
Live an unforgettable experience of 4 hours in total, with a thrilling 1 hour and 45 minutes on the water challenging class III rapids in total safety. In this whitewater activity in the heart of the Subbética Cordobesa, you will navigate body to body with the river accompanied by expert guides, enjoying the most sporty and wild adventure of the season.
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before the agreed time at the meeting point in Benamejí, just 150 metres from the river. There we will be met, welcomed and given all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, booties, lifejacket, helmet, fins and our hydro. Before starting our adventure, we will have a brief technical lesson on how to handle the board, the use of the fins and the safety rules so that we are comfortable from the first jump.
Once in the water, we will start our 1 hour and 45 minutes tour, where the Genil river will turn into a real adrenaline circuit. In the slow sections we will feel the anticipation of what is to come, while in the fast sections we will feel the full force of the Genil impacting against the hydro. The most incredible moment will be surfing the class III waves and currents with your body completely submerged, a unique and exciting perspective that very few get to experience.
We will travel through the heart of the Subbética Cordobesa Natural Park, while discovering the fauna and landscapes that hide the shores. After completing this experience of 4 hours in total, we will return to the starting point with renewed energy and the feeling of having conquered the most legendary white waters of Andalusia.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for beginners . No previous experience in hydrospeed is required, although it is recommended to have an average level of fitness.
It is essential to know how to swim and not to have an excessive fear of water.
The minimum age to participate is 14 years old and minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, the activity is not recommended for pregnant women or people with recent serious injuries.
It is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Other information
The activity is available from 15 April to 15 September, with departures scheduled every day at 10: 00h and 16: 00h.
The outings are organised for groups with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants (ratio of 1 instructor for every 4 users) .

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
