Aranjuez can also be admired from the sky. And it is breathtaking.
During this balloon flight you will see the Royal Palace, the gardens, the Tagus River and the Ontígola Sea from a new perspective. A gentle one-hour ride to enjoy the beauty of this historic city.
On landing, you will toast with cava and enjoy a country breakfast. An experience to remember.
What we will do
We will meet at the Aranjuez fairgrounds, where the take-off point is located, just before dawn.
On arrival, the balloon will be in the middle of the preparation process and we will be able to witness the hypnotic moment of inflation. When the basket is ready, we will get on board and the pilot will give us the essential instructions to enjoy the flight in complete safety.
We will then begin a quiet take-off over the landscapes of Aranjuez. For about an hour, we will fly over some of its most emblematic spots: the majestic Royal Palace with its gardens, the Casa del Labrador and the bullring. We will also see the course of the Tagus River winding its way through the vegetation and the Mar de Ontígola, a historic reservoir that formed part of the palace's hydraulic system.
The wind will decide the exact itinerary, and also the place where the flight will end. On landing, a country breakfast of Iberian cold meats and cheeses awaits us, accompanied by a glass of cava to toast the adventure. Finally, we will be able to attend the balloon pick-up before returning to the meeting point in an all-terrain vehicle.
The total duration of the activity will be about 3 hours and a half.
Who it is aimed at
Ballooning is a very peaceful activity in which anyone can participate from the age of 6 years old, and the minimum height to participate is 1.20 metres.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, pregnant women, people with serious heart problems and people with osteoporosis are not allowed to fly. It is also advisable to inform the organiser if there are participants weighing more than 140 kg. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
The flight is not accessible for people with mobility problems or wheelchair users.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to people under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who present a disrespectful attitude.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
