Andalusian horses, countryside scenery and a glass of wine at the end of the road? What more could you ask for?
Enjoy a horseback riding route along the banks of the Guadalquivir and complete it with a tapa and a glass of local wine, in a quiet and authentic experience of 1 hour and a half at the gates of Cordoba.
What we will do
We will meet at the agreed time at the meeting point, a few minutes from Cordoba. Upon arrival, the team will welcome us and introduce us to the horses. Before riding, we will participate in the preparation and cleaning of the horses, a key moment to build connection and trust with them.
The instructor will always be with us, and if it is our first time, we will have a brief introduction in the dressage arena, where we will learn the basics to handle the horse safely.
Once we are ready, we will begin the 1 hour horse riding route, moving along the banks of the Guadalquivir river and the Cordovan countryside. During this time, the guide will explain the route, the surroundings and the type of landscapes we will be riding through. The walk is quiet and during the tour the monitor will also comment on the crops of the area and the animals that we can find.
On returning to the farm, we will dismount and help to remove the saddle and shower the horses, thus closing the cycle of care of the animal. Afterwards, we will go to the lounge, where we will enjoy a glass of wine from the winery accompanied by a tapa with local products such as cheese, olives, chorizo, typical sausage and bread sticks.
In total, the experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, combining horse riding, nature and local gastronomy.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children aged 6 and over.
Minors can participate accompanied by a responsible adult.
No previous experience is necessary; the activity is suitable for beginners.
To ensure the welfare of the horses, the maximum weight allowed is 90 kg.
Pregnant women and people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility are not recommended to participate (except in cases of previous experience) .

The activity is available all year round, from Monday to Sunday.
Free parking is available at the meeting point.
Groups are small, with a maximum of 6 participants.
Pets are allowed, as long as they are not aggressive and taking into account that there are other animals on the farm.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
