A horseback ride at dawn, in the heart of Montserrat Natural Park, with breakfast included. Can you think of a better way to start the day?
You will ride along dirt tracks, crossing forests, open fields and part of the historic Camino de Santiago. Always guided by a professional and with the silhouette of Montserrat accompanying you along the way. And to finish, a homemade breakfast at the ranch: eggs from the farm, bread with sausages, biscuits, coffee...
An experience designed for those who are looking for something different, even if they have no previous riding experience. The taste of total disconnection.
What we will do
The meeting point will be in Castellbell i el Vilar, Barcelona. There we will be met by our equestrian guide 10 minutes before 6am.
The horses will already be saddled and ready to go, so we will start with a short introductory briefing to know the basic safety rules and learn how to give the first orders. We will use the American style saddle, comfortable and accessible even for inexperienced riders.
We will ride about 12 km on dirt roads, with varied terrain but with a gentle slope. We will cross woods, a small river and pass by the Romanesque chapel of Sant Jaume de Castellbell. As we ascend, we will reach an open area of cereal fields from where we will enjoy privileged views of the Montserrat Mountain, illuminated by the rising sun.
When we return to the ranch, a complete homemade breakfast will be waiting for us with local products: eggs from the farm, sausages, bread, sweets and coffee, in a quiet and rural atmosphere.
The activity will last approximately 3 hours, 2 of which on horseback.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children aged 12 and over. Children under the age of 18 can participate with a signed authorisation from a guardian.
The activity is easy, perfect even for first-time riders.
A maximum weight of 90 kg is required to participate.
The activity is not suitable for people with mobility problems or pregnant women.

The activity is available from July to September.
The timetable may vary slightly. In this case, the organiser of the activity will contact you beforehand.
Important: you will need to let the organiser know your weight, height and level of experience in advance via WhatsApp (no call) . You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Breakfast is adapted to the preferences of the participants, who will have to communicate their preferences in advance. On request, vegan and vegetarian options are also available.
The saddle used is the American saddle. The guide participates on horseback and, in the case of large groups, two guides will participate.
Accompanying persons can wait at the equestrian centre. Dogs are not allowed.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport, but by requesting in advance by WhatsApp it is possible to hire a transfer service from Castellbell i el Vilar station for groups of up to 4 people at a cost of 20 euros each way.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
