Full description
Enter slowly, at the pace of your horse, in a landscape where the sea and the mountains are the protagonists.
Ride through the best of the Asturian landscape, riding through wetlands, forests and cliffs with this 1 or 2 hour horseback ride. Get in touch with the serenity of the mountains and the strength of the Cantabrian Sea in the surroundings of the Natural Monument of Vega and Entrepeñas.
You will be amazed by the imposing cliffs of Tereñes, a very special place in Asturias. Create your best memory!
What we will do
We will meet in Vega, Ribadesella. Our guide will be waiting for us at the stables 10 minutes before the start of the activity.
The horses will be already rigged with English saddles. We will have an initial briefing of about 15 minutes to learn how to ride and receive the basic theoretical instructions about horse riding. We will do a bit of practice and then we will be ready to start the route.
The instructor will accompany us on horseback and guide us throughout the experience, ensuring our safety and comfort. Depending on the option chosen during the booking, we will ride 5 km on the 1 hour route or 8 km on the 2 hour route. We will ride through the rural area of Vega, a village that combines the rural mountain atmosphere with the beach, reaching the cliffs of Tereñes.
We will enjoy a contrasting natural environment, with views of the Cantabrian Sea and beautiful landscapes, dotted with wetlands and wooded areas.
The whole activity will last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or 2 hours and 15 minutes, depending on the option chosen during the booking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for beginners.
The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, from that age a signed permission slip will suffice .
The maximum weight is 100 kilos.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with motor disabilities, heart problems, epilepsy or vertigo.
Other information
It is possible to do the experience from 1 June to 15 September, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The exact starting time of the route may vary depending on availability and the chosen duration.
Companions who do not participate in the route may stay in the stables waiting for them. Dogs may be kept on a lead.
Free parking is available on the premises.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
