Full description
Riding through the Ebro Delta Natural Park you will discover a magical environment, where the cereal grain makes the landscape change with each season.
You will enter areas of incredible scenic beauty, in a quiet route that will allow you to enjoy even if it is your first time on horseback. For approximately 1 hour you will ride with a guide through the heart of the Delta, and learn about the flora and fauna of the area.
It is a captivating place of great fertility and richness, which you will be able to contemplate at your leisure. Don't think twice!
What we will do
The meeting point is at Riumar beach. It is very important to arrive 20 minutes before the agreed time to avoid delays.
From the meeting point we will drive to a farm in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park in the organisation's vehicles. Once there, we will have a 5 minute briefing before putting on our riding helmets and getting on the horses, which will already be saddled and ready to start the route.
We will take a fun and relaxed ride, suitable for the whole family, which will allow us to enjoy the environment as we ride on flat trails surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The guide will explain the details of this natural space and the culture that surrounds it.
Due to its natural wealth, the Ebro Lands have been declared a Biosphere Reserve. We will have the opportunity to contemplate different ecosystems of the Delta in a unique environment surrounded by rice fields that change the landscape with each season. Our guide will explain the whole process of cultivation of this essential cereal.
In the lagoons we will be able to observe closely the natural habitat of typical birds of the area and, with a bit of luck, we may even be able to see flamingos!
We will be back on the beach after an hour and a half of activity.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for beginners. Children can participate from the age of 5 and up to the age of 7 will always share a horse with a responsible adult. From the age of 8, and if the instructor considers it safe, they can ride their own horse.
It is necessary to contact the organiser beforehand to communicate the weight and age of all participants. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Pregnant womenare not recommended to participate.
The activity is not suitable for wheelchair users and other disabilities may limit the activity. It is advisable to consult with the organiser beforehand.

The activity takes place on weekends throughout the year in the afternoon and will be confirmed if there is a minimum of 2 participants.

There is paid parking in the area.
There are a total of 4 horses available.
The equestrian guide will accompany the group on foot, helping the younger ones to guide the animal.
Accompanying persons who do not participate can wait in the facilities that the organisation has at the meeting point. Dogs may be kept on a leash.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
