A walk on horseback without haste, where the sound of the river and the field mark the rhythm.
Enjoy a route on horseback of 1 hour by the surroundings of Riudoms, crossing paths of riverbank and open fields. A calm experience to connect with the nature and to be carried away on the back of the horse.
What we will do
We will meet 30 minutes before the agreed time at the equestrian centre of Riudoms, a quiet and cosy place surrounded by nature. From the first moment, the equestrian guide will welcome us and will explain us how the experience will be developed, creating a close and relaxed atmosphere.
Before riding, we will have a brief introduction to the handling of the horse and the basic safety rules. The horses will already be prepared, but we will be able to observe them closely, approach them calmly and begin to connect with them, that special first step that marks the beginning of the experience.
When we are ready, our 1 hour horse ride will begin. We will go out directly from the equestrian centre to follow a circular route by the bank of the river and the fields of Riudoms, advancing always by ways of earth, without asphalt, where the landscape and the clama accompany each step.
Along the route, you will be surrounded by the typical flora of the Baix Camp and the sensation of being in a living and authentic environment. It is common to see birds and, with a bit of luck, to come across wild boar, sheep or goats that live in the area. The pace is calm and leisurely, designed to enjoy the scenery, the open air and the bond with the horse, without rushing.
The route finishes again in the equestrian centre, leaving that special sensation of having lived a simple, authentic and unforgettable experience, deeply connected with the nature and the rural environment of Riudoms.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is designed for people aged 13 and over.
Young people aged 12 can also take part if they have previous riding training.
It is a quiet route, ideal for those who are looking for a horseback ride in the middle of nature and at a relaxed pace.
To guarantee the well-being of the horses, the maximum weight allowed is 100 kg.
People with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs can participate but must inform the organisers in advance. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Not recommended for pregnant women .

The activity takes place all year round.
The walks are available in the morning from 9. 30 am and in the afternoon from 3. 30 pm. To determine the exact timetable, it will be necessary to contact the organisers in advance. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
A minimum of 2 participants is required to confirm the activity and a maximum of 8.
Free parking is available at the riding centre. It is not possible to reach the meeting point by public transport.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
In case of bad weather, the activity may be rescheduled.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
