Discover Montserrat Natural Park from the inside with a beautiful horseback ride.
In 1 hour and a half you'll cover 8 km in the company of an equestrian guide ready to immerse you in nature while you ride along spectacular panoramic trails.

What we will do
The meeting point will be in Castellbell i el Vilar, Barcelona. We will arrive at least 10 minutes before the booked time.
There we will be met by the equestrian guide, ready to start the adventure with the horses already equipped. Before riding, we will dedicate about 15 minutes to an introductory talk: we will learn how to communicate basic commands to our four-legged companions.
Once everything is ready, we will get into the saddle and start the route, which covers an 8 km stretch of the Camino de Santiago. As soon as we set off, still inside the estate, we will be able to admire the ancient hermitage of Sant Jaume de Castellbell, a 12th century construction.
The route will take us along gently sloping dirt tracks, combining flat stretches with small ascents and descents, always with the imposing silhouette of Montserrat as a backdrop. Along the way, you will cross meadows, woods and a small stream before reaching an elevated area surrounded by cereal fields. From this natural viewpoint we will enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the mythical Montserrat Mountain.
We will finish the experience returning to the ranch, with the memory of an experience in the middle of nature.
The activity will have a total duration of 1 hour and 45 minutes, of which 1 hour and a half on horseback.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children aged 12 and over. Children under the age of 18 can participate with a signed authorisation from a guardian.
The activity is easy, perfect even for first-time riders.
A maximum weight of 90 kg is required to participate.
The activity is not suitable for people with mobility problems or pregnant women.

The timetable may vary slightly. In this case, the organiser of the activity will contact you beforehand.
American style riding is used. The guide participates on horseback, but if necessary, he can accompany the group on foot. In the case of large groups, two guides will participate.
Important: please inform the organiser of your weight, height and level of experience in advance via WhatsApp (no phone calls) . You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Accompanying persons can wait at the equestrian centre. Dogs are not allowed.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not accessible by public transport, but if requested in advance it is possible to hire a transfer service from Castellbell i el Vilar station for groups of up to 4 people at a cost of 20 euros each way.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
