In a beehive everything fits together perfectly. .. and no, there is no screaming boss. Come and find out how they do it?
Put on your beekeeper's suit and visit a real apiary in Prioro to observe the life of the hive up close and understand its organisation from the inside. A guided experience of up to 1 hour and a half in the middle of nature, designed to learn, observe and arouse curiosity.
What we will do
We will meet at the agreed time at the entrance to the village of Prioro, where our guide will meet us and this experience among bees will begin. From there, he will accompany us to the parking area and then we will walk along a simple path that will take us to the apiary, while we start to learn some curiosities about beekeeping.
Once in the natural environment, we will be given our beekeeper's suits and gloves. With everything ready, we will approach the beehives to get into one of the most organised systems in nature. We will open the hives to observe the brood, locate the queen and see live how the workers and drones work, while the guide explains how the hive is organised, what function each bee fulfils and why nobody improvises here.
During the visit we will discover surprising details about the life of the bees, answering questions and observing their activity from a few centimetres away, always in complete safety and accompanied at all times.
After approximately 1 hour and a half, our tour will come to an end, after having discovered the fascinating world of bees up close, with time to ask questions and comment, and the possibility of buying apiary products such as honey, pollen, propolis, wax or sweets.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for beginners and requires no previous knowledge.
The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, or for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
Other information
The experience runs from April to September, weather permitting (the activity may be cancelled due to bad weather) .
The activity is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 6.
Free parking is available at the meeting point. It is not possible to arrive by public transport.
Pets are not allowed.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
