Full description

Can you imagine meeting a goat on the beach?

The Cabra Salada cove in Fornells does not owe its name to a metaphor or a mistranslation. It is literally a beach where you can find wild goats. And this is just one of the wonders you can discover with this guided paddle surfing route in the bay of Fornells.

A board, an infinite bay and two hours to disconnect: the north of Menorca awaits you.

What we will do

The instructor who will guide us on this adventure will meet us 20 minutes before the booking time at the promenade of Fornells.

We will start with a 20 minute briefing in which we will be explained how to handle the board and we will practice the basics in calm waters, until we feel comfortable with the balance and technique.

Once we are ready, we will start the crossing across the bay of Fornells. We will gradually move away from the town centre until we enter the wildest and most unspoilt area. The views change, the surroundings become more natural and you can only hear the sound of the water: we are in the heart of the Natural Reserve of the North of Menorca.

One of our stops will be at Cabra Salada or Cabracelada cove, where we may spot wild goats. The views along the way are spectacular and, without a doubt, this is one of those ideal activities to regain calm and get in touch with nature in all its splendour.

Afterwards, we will go to the cove of S'Arenalet to rest and refresh ourselves with a drink. There, we will be able to have a swim, it is a cove protected from the Tramontana wind, so its waters are usually perfectly calm.

We will return along the same route, enjoying a last panoramic view of the bay before returning to the starting point.

The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
