Forget the Caribbean and explore the secrets of the Mediterranean at Cavet beach.
Immerse your curiosity in the Cambrils marine reserve and discover a vibrant ecosystem in a 1. 5 hour experience. Explore the famous Posidonia and swim alongside octopus and schools of fish in an adventure designed to enjoy the sea in a conscious and exciting way. Forget the crowded beaches and connect with the purest nature of the Costa Dorada.
What we will do
We will start our adventure at the agreed time at the meeting point in Cambrils, where the team will welcome us and we will start preparing for the adventure. After the introductions, we will leave our belongings in the lockers and we will equip ourselves with all the necessary professional material: wetsuit, booties, mask and snorkel. With everything ready, we'll get into the van for a short 10-minute drive to Cavet Beach, the natural and protected setting where the magic happens.
On arrival at the sand, we'll be given a detailed briefing explaining everything we need to know before entering the water. We will learn about the importance of the Posidonia oceanica, the authentic lung of the Mediterranean that is in danger of extinction, and we will learn about the curiosities of the species that inhabit this marine reserve . This is the perfect moment to resolve doubts and prepare ourselves for the beauty that we are about to discover under the surface in a safe and conscious way.
Finally, we will dive directly from the shore to begin the 45 minute guided exploration. We will swim through schools of silver fish, look for rock octopus hiding in the nooks and crannies and, if we are lucky, we may spot a stingray or manta ray gliding along the sandy bottom.
After the dive, we'll return to the departure centre to remove our equipment and share the best sightings of the day. In total, we will enjoy approximately 1 hour and a half of pure connection with the marine ecosystem of Cambrils.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for all ages from 8 years old.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
It is essential to know how to swim to be able to enjoy the experience with total confidence and safety in the water.
Pregnant women can take part in the activity.
This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility due to the characteristics of the transport and access to the beach.

The activity is confirmed with 1 participant. The maximum group size is 4 people.
The meeting point is easily accessible by public transport, although if you come by car, we recommend arriving 15 minutes earlier to find parking nearby.
It is not allowed to bring pets to the activity.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
