Full description
If you think your sofa at home is the only place to relax, it’s because you haven’t yet paddled amongst the cliffs of the Catalan coast.
Enjoy a 3-hour shared double-kayak excursion along the wild stretch of coastline at Els Colls and Miralpeix, between Sitges and Vilanova. Accompanied by an expert guide, you’ll explore mysterious caves and secluded rocky coves, stopping to explore the seabed with the included snorkelling kit and refuelling with a well-deserved snack.
What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before the departure time at the meeting point on Platja de les Anquines, in Sitges. Once there, we’ll be welcomed and given the necessary equipment before setting off on our route.
We’ll learn the basic paddling technique just before getting into the water, ensuring that our double open kayaks are easy, fun and stable to handle . We’ll begin the journey by skirting the beautiful rocky coastline of Els Colls i Miralpeix towards Vilanova, paddling between limestone cliffs surrounded by native vegetation of white pine, rosemary and agaves. During the trip, we’ll explore mysterious sea caves and make a strategic stop at a secluded cove to swim, go snorkelling with the goggles and snorkels provided, and enjoy a light snack of juice and a cereal bar.
We’ll sail back to our starting point, our spirits lifted by the sea’s invigorating energy. We’ll disembark at the same beach and return the equipment after completing the 3-hour excursion.
Who it is aimed at
This excursion is of low difficulty and is suitable for beginners, so no previous experience is required.
Although no particular level of fitness is required, participants are expected to be able to maintain a moderate level of physical activity whilst rowing.
The minimum age to take part is 12 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult on the boat.
To take part in the swimming and snorkelling stops in complete safety, you must be able to swim.
Due to insurance policy restrictions, this activity is not permitted for pregnant women.
People with reduced mobility should enquire in advance to assess whether they can board the boat.
Pets are not permitted on board.

The activity is available from March to October, at 10. 00 am and 3. 00 pm.
This is a group experience for groups of at least 4 and no more than 10 people.
In the vicinity of the meeting point, you’ll find both free and paid parking options.
You can also get there very easily using the local public transport network .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
