A kayak trip, a hidden bay, caves to discover. ..
This guided route from Playa La Arenita runs along the coast of Palm-Mar, in the south of Tenerife. Set off to discover caves, cliffs and a protected area of great biodiversity.
Paddle, snorkel and be amazed by the marine life of the area. Are you coming to explore the sea of Tenerife?
What we will do
The meeting with the guide will be 30 minutes before the booking time at La Arenita beach in Palm-Mar. There we will be met by the team and meet the guide.
We will start with an initial briefing on how to paddle, what are the safety and behaviour rules on the water and how to get back into the kayak if necessary.
Once on the water, we will paddle to beautiful spots such as a pink cave accessible only from the sea. The guide will be in charge of choosing the best spot for a stop depending on the sea conditions. If we want, we will jump into the water for a swim or snorkel. The area has an interesting biodiversity and, if we are lucky, we may also see dolphins and turtles along the route.
On our return to the beach, we will have a snack to replenish our energy before ending the activity. The total duration will be approximately 3 hours, including 2 hours of route and snorkelling.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and you can participate from the age of 3 years old.
The insurance only covers children from 6 years old, so children between 3 and 5 years old will participate under the responsibility of a legal guardian.
Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Depending on their age, the guide will decide if they can paddle or if they must be accompanied by two adults.
In principle, the experience is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.

The activity is available all year round.
It is a pet-friendly experience, so you can also participate with your pet.
There are 12 kayaks available. The guide will be the one to decide how to divide the participants in the boats.
Although there is no changing area and lockers, you can leave your belongings on the beach under the watchful eye of a member of the team.
If you have any allergies or intolerances, please note that the organiser will not be able to provide you with an alternative snack.
Free public parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the beach. It is also possible to reach the area by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
