Are you looking for an exciting way to explore nature and get away from the usual routine? On this adventure, you’ll venture into the heart of Murcia’s ‘green lung’ for an unforgettable day out.
Enjoy a route lasting up to 2 hours, following mountain trails and paths. Cross the Sierra de la Navela, admire the picturesque chapel of San Roque and stop off at the Azud de Ojos reservoir to relax with a little picnic in the countryside whilst a souvenir photo shoot takes place. An experience suitable for all abilities, ending as you pass through the charming village of Blanca.
What we will do
We’ll meet at the agreed time at the meeting point in Blanca, Murcia. There, we’ll be welcomed and introduced to the instructors, who’ll give us a practical crash course to explain the details of the route and the essential safety rules before we settle into the vehicles.
We’ll set off from Blanca and head into the landscapes of the Ricote Valley. We’ll follow various mountain tracks that will take us across the Sierra de la Navela, taking in the picturesque chapel of San Roque and skirting the Sierra de La Solana. Halfway through the journey, we’ll stop by the Azud de Ojos Reservoir, the perfect spot to stretch our legs, relax and enjoy a light picnic whilst the guides take some souvenir photos for us.
After the break, we’ll set off on the final stretch of the route, passing through the charming village of Blanca before returning to the starting point. The whole experience will last around 2 hours in total, including the initial preparations and the hour-and-a-half hike.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is suitable for everyone. No previous experience is required .
The driver of the vehicle must hold a valid Category B driving licence.
Passengers of all ages are welcome. (If you are bringing young children, please bring your own child safety seat. )
Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This experience is suitable for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility. Please notify the organisers in advance.

The tour is available from Monday to Sunday, from April to October.
The minimum number required to confirm the tour is 1 vehicle, and the maximum capacity is 4 passengers per car.
Free parking is available at the meeting point. There is no direct public transport to the meeting point.
Pets are not permitted.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
