Forest bath with tasting banquet and astronomy in Bullas, Murcia

Have you ever wondered what the stars taste like? Now you can imagine it with this sensory experience in three acts, between heaven and earth.

You will start with a forest bath, perfect for awakening your senses and getting in touch with the earth: among fairytale trails, native plants and exercises to connect with nature. Afterwards, a banquet with organic products will bring you closer to the sky, each dish will be a constellation in itself. And when night falls, you'll put the icing on the cake with a guided astronomical observation session.

What we will do

The appointment will be at the meeting point next to the Salto del Usero, in Bullas. There we will meet our guide and the rest of the group 10 minutes before the booking time. From there, we will move together to the farm where the experience will take place.

We will start with a guided forest bath through gentle trails surrounded by native vegetation. If we wish, we can do part of the tour blindfolded, to sharpen our senses.

We will do listening and mindfulness exercises, get to know some local plants and connect with the environment through a brief guided meditation. The whole walk takes place in a sensory way, as if we were walking through an enchanted forest, accompanied by a story that gives meaning to each step.

After the walk, we will enjoy a healthy and tasty feast with local seasonal products (lunch or dinner, depending on the time of year) . Each dish is designed as a gastronomic constellation, and will help us to stay in tune with the nature that surrounds us.

And the finishing touch to this sensory evening will be provided by the stars. Guided by an astronomy specialist and with the help of a telescope, we will explore the night sky and discover its secrets in an interesting astronomical observation session.

The total duration of the activity is between 3 and 4 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The activity is suitable for all ages. In order for children to enjoy it 100% , it is recommended that they are at least 6 years old.

It is not necessary to be particularly fit, but it will be necessary to walk about 1. 5 km along dirt tracks, with some small slopes.

It is not an activity accessible to wheelchair users, but the pace will be slow and it is suitable for those with slight reduced mobility.

Other information

The activity has reduced availability and can be booked on the dates indicated in the calendar (continuously updated) . The experience is confirmed if a minimum group of 8 participants is reached.

The order of the banquet and the astronomical observation may vary depending on the season.

The interstellar menu will consist of seasonal dishes with inviting names such as Golden Nebula, Warm Stellar Belt Fondue or New Chocolate Stardust Moon.

The menu can be adapted for people with allergies, intolerances or vegetarian/vegan diets if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. In order to make any request, you will receive the contact details of the organiser in the booking confirmation email.

The activity is pet-friendly, so it is possible to do it with our pets if they are on a leash and are used to participating in group activities.

Free parking is available, but please note that the last stretch of the trail is dirt.
