Do you want to fish for thrills off the coast of Cadiz? Get on board!
Enjoy a 4 and a half hour sport fishing trip from the port of Sancti Petri. Depending on the season, you can practice anchor fishing or trolling. We provide all the equipment, you just provide the desire.
And the fishing of the day is yours!
What we will do
Our skipper and instructor on this fishing adventure will meet us 10 minutes before departure time at the Sancti Petri marina.
During the first few minutes of sailing we will attend an initial briefing: the skipper will explain how the activity will be carried out and the rules of behaviour on board.
We will sail from the port of Sancti Petri, out to sea, until we find the best fishing areas on the coast of Cadiz.
The activity will be carried out from the boat. When fishing at anchor, we will remain anchored in a specific spot. The catches are usually bottom fish such as snappers, gurnards, breams and brecas. Trolling, with trawling of the tackle, you will be able to fish for Atlantic cod and bonito, frigate tuna, frigate tuna and mackerel.
At the end of the day you can take your catch home with you. The total duration of the activity is 4.5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone. The minimum recommended age is 3 years old, minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The boat is accessible, both for people with slight mobility problems and for those in wheelchairs.
Other information
The experience is available all year round. The booking is for a group of maximum 6 people.
The technique used depends on the season:
- from January to May and from October to December, bottom fishing will be used.
- from June to September, trolling will be used.
You will sail aboard the boat El Alcántara, a complete Polymade fishing boat with a beam of 2.5 metres and a length of 7.8 metres. The engine is 200 hp and the capacity is for 6 people + skipper.
It is possible to sail with dogs, but it is advisable to communicate it before. You will receive the skipper's contact details in the booking confirmation email.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
