A weekend in the forest can be relaxing. .. or it can become an adventure you'll remember for a lifetime.
In this experience you will learn to survive in the wilderness, make decisions under pressure while solving challenges as a team. You will experience a realistic simulation in the wilderness, with competition, hands-on learning and a night sleeping in the shelter you will have built yourself.
A total immersion in bushcraft, do you dare to experience it?
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before the start at the meeting point. The instructor will welcome us, explain what the weekend has in store for us and divide the group into teams before starting the first mission.
To begin with, we will have to use orienteering techniques and find the backpack with all the tools that will help us to survive. We will then move on to the first challenges of simulating a real survival situation. Each team will have to decide what to do to move forward using the material provided, learning by trial and error. Points will be scored in each test to add a touch of competition and keep motivation high as we solve the challenges.
We will walk through different parts of the forest and practice bushcraft techniques such as water filtration, cabuyería, fire lighting, basic notions of obtaining food. .. But we will also learn how to use a knife and some first aid techniques.
During the afternoon we will have to choose a place to spend the night and set up our shelter. We will prepare the bivouac and organise the camp, always under the supervision of the instructor. On Sunday morning, we will resume the activity with new practical exercises, a last route with final challenges and a small group discussion to comment on the experience before returning to civilisation.
The experience will begin on Saturday morning and will end early Sunday afternoon.
Who it is aimed at
It is advisable to have some knowledge of bushcraft techniques .
Participants from the age of 11 can take part. Minors need the authorisation of a legal guardian and are advised to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The experience is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.
Other information
The activity takes place only on some weekends of the year. It is confirmed when a minimum group of 8 participants is reached .
The location could change in some periods of the year and move to a refuge in the province of Guadalajara.
You will receive a group survival kit with tools such as rope, a machete, a canteen, a water bottle, a spark, a compass or water purification tablets.
The activity is pet-friendly, but if you bring your dog it will be necessary to inform the instructor in advance about the presence of pets. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Free parking is available at the meeting point. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
