Like a water park, but in the heart of Asturias.
Enjoy a family canyoning experience in Peñamellera Alta, at the gates of the Picos de Europa. The Rubó river offers a perfect route for beginners, full of slides and natural jumps in a picture-postcard setting.
Come and have a splash with the family; fun is guaranteed.
What we will do
The guide will meet us 10 minutes before the booking time at the meeting point near the Rubó river, in Asturias. In this privileged setting, at the gates of the Picos de Europa National Park, we will make a brief introduction and equip ourselves with all the necessary equipment for the adventure.
Once ready, we will walk for about 15 minutes along a path surrounded by greenery until we reach the riverbed. There, we will complete the briefing with the last technical instructions before entering the water. During the tour, we will advance between jumps into crystal clear pools, fun natural slides and areas of climbing and dexterity that will test our agility.
As this is an activity designed to be enjoyed as a family, we won't need ropes or abseiling, and all the water areas have escape routes or can be avoided if someone prefers not to jump.
After about an hour and a half of disconnection and adventure in the heart of Asturias, we will discuss the funniest moments as we make the 10 minute return journey back to the cars.
The total duration of the experience will be about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
It is not necessary to have experience in canyoning and can participate from 6 years of age.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. From 13 years of age it is possible to do the activity with the authorisation of a legal guardian.
It is advisable to know how to swim and it is essential not to be afraid of water.
The experience is not recommended for pregnant women or people with physical injuries.
It is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.
It will be necessary to sign a declaration of medical conditions and inform the guide of any pathology that may interfere with the normal development of the experience.

Other information
The experience can be done all year round and is confirmed when a minimum group of 4 people is reached .
Important: in the summer months it may be necessary to change the Robó ravine for the lower section of the Molina ravine, about 20 km away and with the same characteristics.
The guide will carry a watertight bag with a first aid kit in which you can also keep essential medicines. You will have to leave the rest of your belongings in the car. Please note that there are no showers or changing rooms available.
For those accompanying you who are not taking part, there are hiking trails in the area around the canyon.
Free public parking is available in the vicinity of the meeting point . It is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
