To begin with, 90 minutes of thermal circuit with waters at three temperatures, sauna, thermal loungers. .. And when the body and mind are completely relaxed, a lunch or dinner to finish with a toast.

What we will do
The experience will take place in Valverde del Fresno, on a 220-hectare estate in the heart of the Sierra de Gata. On arrival, the staff will accompany you to the thermal area, where you will be given your bathrobe and briefly explained how to make the most of the circuit inspired by the Arab baths of the ḥammām.
You will have 90 minutes to go through the circuit at your own pace, alternating the three thermal baths of hot, warm and cold water, while the jets and waterfalls massage your back and shoulders.
You can complete the ritual in the Finnish sauna and in the relaxation area with thermal loungers and aromatherapy, sipping an organic green tea while your body becomes lighter and lighter.
And since you can't achieve complete wellness on an empty stomach. .. A lunch or dinner for two awaits you, depending on the chosen schedule. You will enjoy a complete menu with an appetizer of the house, a starter to share, main course, dessert and coffee. All accompanied by water, wine or beer, and a shot of the house to finish with a good taste in your mouth.
Access to the thermal area is 90 minutes and the experience will last approximately 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is available from the age of 16.
The thermal area and spa are not adapted for wheelchair users or people with mobility disabilities.

The experience is available all year round.
The thermal and spa area will be occupied by a maximum of 3 couples at any one time.
If you have any food intolerance, allergy or dietary needs, it is advisable to contact the restaurant beforehand to have more options. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
The reception is open from 10: 00 to 18: 00 (the team is available by phone after this time) .
The structure also has a hotel and offers different complementary activities at extra cost (olive oil tourism, astronomical observation, yoga. .. ).
On the estate you will find free parking for guests. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
