Full description
Do you already have your diving certification? It's time to use it to discover the wonderful seabed of Menorca!
We are waiting for you at Cap d'Artrutx, on the southwest coast of the island, for a guided dive with certified instructors.
The activity is designed for certified divers and offers one or two dives from the beach(FunDive or Double FunDive). Each dive is unique, and who knows what you'll find under the surface of the water!
What we will do
We will meet at the time selected during the booking at the meeting point in Cap d'Artrutx, Menorca. The instructor who will accompany us on this diving experience will be waiting for us there.
We will start with a briefing of about 15 minutes, where we will be explained the diving area, the sea conditions and the main species that we could observe. We will then get fully equipped and walk to the beach to enter the water (or embark if requested in advance).
If we choose the FunDive option, we will do a single dive. With the Double FunDive, we will do two dives with an interval in between. The depth of the dive will depend on our certification: up to 18 metres with Open Water and up to 30 metres with Advanced certification. The underwater world of Menorca will reveal all its treasures, with possible encounters with octopus, sea bream, rays and sea snails.
At the end, we will return to the centre, where we can shower and change comfortably.
The total duration will be 3 hours for the FunDive and 5 and a half hours for the Double FunDive.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is aimed at divers with Open Water or Advanced certification. For younger divers, the minimum age is 10 years old, with Junior Open Water certification (maximum depth of 12 metres).
Minors must be accompanied by an adult to sign the authorisation.
People with respiratory or cardiac problems or who take medication on a regular basis must present a medical certificate.
The activity is not permitted for pregnant women or people with reduced mobility.
Diving is not recommended in the 24 hours prior to a flight.
Other information
The activity takes place from Easter to 31 October.
There is free parking in the area and the meeting point is accessible by public transport.
If you want, you can bring something to eat between dives. Otherwise, you will find a supermarket and a restaurant about 15 minutes walk away.
The centre has changing facilities, showers and a lockable changing room where you can leave your personal belongings.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
