If you really want to learn to fly a plane, a simulator is not going to be enough.
In this first experience as a pilot in Toledo you don't come to watch, you fly for real. Under the supervision of a qualified instructor, who will be in charge of take-off and landing, you'll be able to get behind the controls of a Eurostar EV 97 R and. .. Fly!

What we will do
The flight instructor will meet you 20 minutes before the booking time at the airfield in Camarenilla, Toledo. Upon arrival, you will check in and hand in the signed documentation (which you will have received in advance) .
After a brief presentation, you will remember with the instructor the key points of the video-lesson that you will have seen in advance (you will receive it a few days before) , so that you can focus on the practical and most interesting part of the flight.
You will then climb into the microlight and take your seat in the cockpit. After the technical checks, the instructor will take off, explaining what he is doing at any given moment. Once you're in the air and the aircraft is stabilised. .. It's your turn: you will take the controls for a real piloting experience, always under the supervision of the instructor.
For about 15 minutes you will perform simple manoeuvres in the vicinity of the aerodrome. For the final phase of the flight and landing, the instructor will take control of the plane again, concluding a unique experience in complete safety.
The total duration of the experience is approximately 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and you can participate from the age of 18.
There is a weight limit of 110 kg and a height of 1. 95 metres. An average physical build is necessary to avoid mobility problems in the cabin.
Pregnant women (with a doctor's consent) must inform the instructor in advance so that the experience can be adapted. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
The aircraft is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.

Other information
The activity can be carried out all year round at weekends, but is subject to weather conditions. Check the booking calendar, which is constantly updated.
The theoretical part will consist of a 15-minute video-lesson that you will receive in advance. The experience at the airfield will be 100% practical.
You will fly a Eurostar two-seater microlight model EV 97 R. It is a light aircraft with a Rotax 912ULS 100 hp engine. The minimum speed is 55 km/h and the maximum speed is 270 km/h.
At the foot of the runway there is a shaded area with benches where your companions can wait, but there are no services in the area. They may use the airfield toilets. Dogs are allowed if they are kept on a lead at all times.
Free parking is available at the airfield. It is not possible to arrive by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
