Full description
A sailboat, the breeze in your face and a Mediterranean paradise to discover: Tabarca awaits you.
You will have 8 hours to enjoy the sea and breathe peace and quiet. You will set sail in a comfortable sailing boat from Alicante to the island of Tabarca. There will be time to anchor, explore, take a dip and have lunch wherever you prefer: on deck or in one of the restaurants by the sea.
A day of total disconnection with a taste of saltpetre and freedom.
What we will do
The meeting point will be in the port of Alicante, 10 minutes before departure. Once on board, the skipper will give us a brief safety talk before setting sail for Tabarca.
We will sail for approximately one hour until we reach the island. Depending on the wind conditions, we will anchor in the harbour area or near the beach. We will be able to go ashore for a walk or have lunch in one of the restaurants. If you prefer, you can stay on board to sunbathe, swim or relax.
On the boat we will have all the comforts and we will be able to entertain ourselves using the paddle surf board or snorkelling with the masks at our disposal. In the mid-afternoon we will return to Alicante, with another hour of sailing.
During the trip, especially if there is interest from the group, the skipper will share curiosities about the island and the environment.
The total duration of the activity is 8 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or have a signed authorisation.
The boat is accessible for people with slight mobility problems, but it will not be possible to board with a wheelchair.

The excursion is available all year round and will be confirmed with a minimum number of 8 participants.
You will sail aboard a Beneteau Oceanis 10 meters long with a 45 hp engine. If you wish, you will sail as long as the wind conditions allow it. On board you will find all kinds of amenities such as toilet, solarium with cushions, music system, bathing ladder, fresh water shower on deck, paddle surf board and snorkelling masks.
Shoes will need to be removed on board for cleanliness and safety.
It will be possible to have snack options for people with allergies, intolerances or food preferences, by advising the tour organiser in advance. You will receive their contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
Paid parking is available in the vicinity of the port.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
