Full description
Nature is best explored on a comfortable electric bike.
Dare to take a 2 or 4 hour tour through the Sierra Oeste de Madrid, starting from Fresnedillas de la Oliva. You will ride through the less crowded Mediterranean forests of the region, discovering the local fauna and flora on a route completely adapted to your level and experience.
Choose whether to go on your own or with an expert guide and discover the most authentic side of Madrid in complete freedom.
What we will do
The team will meet you at the meeting point in Fresnedillas de la Oliva, in the Sierra Oeste de Madrid , with all the equipment ready 15 minutes before the booking time .
Once there, you will be given your bikes, helmets and auxiliary supports if you participate with children. Afterwards, you will attend a brief introduction to familiarise yourself with the handling of the electric bikes and the safety rules.
They will also help you choose the perfect route according to your experience, level and time available. If you opt for a self-guided adventure, your group leader will have to set up the route app on your mobile phone so that there is no chance of you getting lost. Otherwise, it will be the guide who will lead you through the unspoilt nature of the Sierra Oeste de Madrid.
You'll be on your way straight away. You will ride at your own pace on trails through Mediterranean forests, discovering the local flora and fauna. The electric bike will allow you to pedal without too much effort, enjoying nature to the maximum.
The route will be circular and you will return to the initial meeting point to return the e-bikes. The total duration of the activity will be 2 or 4 hours, depending on the option chosen during the booking.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and children from the age of 2 can participate.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Up to the age of 5, children will ride in an auxiliary trailer and from 6 to 9 years old in tandem with an adult. From the age of 10 they will be able to pedal with their own children's bike and from the age of 15 they will use an adult e-bike.
The activity is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.

Other information
The activity takes place every day of the year except Tuesdays. At certain times of the year it may be necessary to change the timetable depending on the expected temperatures.
Important: please inform the organiser in advance of the height of each participant. You will receive their contact details in the booking confirmation email.
For guided tours , an extra 60 euros per group of 4 to 10 people is required . Please contact us to add this service to your booking.
In the case of self-guided tours, a credit card deposit is required: 150 euros for each adult bike and 100 euros for each child's bike.
If you wish, on the day of the activity you can change the adult bike for one with double shock absorption, paying a supplement of 10 euros.
In the facilities there are toilets and changing rooms available to customers. There is also a rest area where non-participating companions and possible pets can wait.
At the meeting point there is free parking exclusively for customers. There are few bus lines per day to reach the meeting point by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
