An exclusive activity for couples to help you fall in love with fine wine all over again.
Enjoy a private wine-tasting experience at El Molar, on the edge of Madrid’s Sierra Norte. You’ll stroll amongst the vines with an expert oenologist, discover the production process at the winery and round off the experience with a tasting of five wines paired with fusion tapas.
What we will do
Your wine guide will meet you 5 minutes before the tour begins at the winery in El Molar, the first village in the Sierra Norte de Madrid.
The experience will begin with a private transfer to the vineyards, where an exclusive walk amongst the vines awaits you. For over an hour, you’ll gain first-hand insight into the origins of Tinta Castiza wines. The winemaker will explain the origins of the project, the grape varieties grown in the area and the characteristics of the soil, as well as how these influence the vines. The sensory experience will be rounded off with an initial tasting amidst the natural surroundings.
Back at the winery, the tour will continue with more technical explanations of the production process as you tour the various production rooms. This will be your chance to discover the methods used to achieve the profile and flavours sought from each grape.
After a comprehensive immersion in the art of winemaking, you’ll move on to the tasting area to sample a further five wines, including the exclusive Dabuti vermouth, paired with five fusion tapas dishes carefully designed to perfectly highlight the nuances of each glass.
The experience will last around 4 hours in total and is designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace.

Pregnant women and those who do not drink alcohol may request an alternative drink during the tasting.
The premises are accessible to people with mobility impairments.

The winery is open all year round.

Parking is available in the vicinity of the winery. You can reach the village centre by bus, with a stop about a 10-minute walk from the winery.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
