Get ready to master the waves of the Atlantic.
Enjoy a day of surfing initiation at the spectacular Famara Beach in Lanzarote. Whether it's your first time on the board or you're looking to perfect your control and speed, the lessons with video analysis will allow you to evolve safely in a unique natural environment.

What we will do
The surf instructor will meet us 10 minutes before the start of the experience at the meeting point in Caleta de Famara, Teguise. After having received the equipment and already equipped for fun, we will go together to the beach.
We will start with a warm-up session and the division of the groups according to level. With a theory lesson and the first practical exercises, we will be able to internalise the basic movements. In the water we will learn how to paddle, stand up and ride our first wave. The instructor will accompany us in the water to help us surf our first waves and the more advanced students will be able to focus on basic control and speed regulation.
After the first part of the lesson, we will have a well-deserved break on the beach to recharge our batteries before facing the second round. Ahead, another 2 hours of practice during which, weather permitting, our movements will be recorded for later video analysis to help us perfect our technique.
The total duration of the experience will be approximately 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and it is possible to participate from the age of 7 years old.
It is compulsory to know how to swim.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
It is not accessible for people with motor disabilities. It is necessary to inform the instructor in advance of other disabilities. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Before starting, a medical form must be signed and you are advised to inform the instructor of any medical conditions.

Lessons take place all year round.
The timetable may vary depending on sea and wind conditions. The instructor will advise you of any changes.
It is advisable to do a course of 3 consecutive days. With 5 days you will receive a surfing certificate.
Groups of up to 8 people will be organised according to the level of the participants.
There are no changing rooms or lockers on site; you can take your belongings to the beach for safekeeping.
Accompanying persons not taking part in the class can stay on the beach. If you have pets, they can walk around the village on a leash.
At the meeting point in Caleta de Famara there is free public parking. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport, but you can arrange with the surf school to pick you up at the hotel (you will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
