There are two types of people in the world: those who can ride and those who can't. But no matter which team you're on, this riding class is suitable for everyone.
But no matter which team you're on, this riding lesson is suitable for everyone! If you're a beginner, you'll learn how to get in the saddle and ride properly; if you're experienced, you'll improve your technique thanks to the riding instructor's teaching and advice.
A 1-hour experience to make you fall in love (even more) with this equestrian discipline!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Serinyà, in the province of Girona. The riding instructor who will accompany us on this adventure will be waiting for us there.
Once all the participants have gathered and the material has been handed over, we will proceed with the assignment of the horse. The experience will begin with a first approach on the ground, during which we will clean and brush the animal to familiarise ourselves with our adventure companion.
We will then enter the arena and ride the horse during the riding lesson. The instructor will give an introduction to the different equestrian disciplines, from show jumping to dressage. After reviewing thebasic concepts of riding, we will be ready to put what we have learned into practice: we will do several exercises to learn how to ride with the correct posture, communicate with the animal and try the different gears according to our level. The riding lesson will last approximately 45 minutes.
At the end of the class, we can go for a short horse ride around the equestrian centre. The horse ride will last approximately 15 minutes.
The total duration of the experience is 1 hour.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 7 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, people with back problems or herniated discs.
The riding lesson is suitable for all levels.
Other information
Attention! It is mandatory to respect the dress code, which requires long trousers and closed shoes. If this requirement is not met, the experience may not take place at the discretion of the guide.
The experience runs all year round.
The timing of the experience may vary for organisational reasons at the discretion of the guide.
Accompanying persons may wait at the equestrian centre. Dogs are allowed on a lead at the companions' own risk.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.
